Brand-new hotel with incredibly beautiful views as a bonus. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Best staff, comfortable and perfect location in the middle of jackson. And next to various stores, restaurants and a Big Rapids.

The spacious Queen Room with two queen beds was a highlight, complemented by friendly front desk staff and a very clean environment. Location is excellent, with a large grocery store and numerous dining options within easy reach. The fitness center was superb, though the lack of any dining options left me wanting more than just crisp salads .

Fantastic stay with great amenities
Had a King Room with a microwave and refrigerator, made snacks easy. The indoor pool was a nice spot to relax. Breakfast had eggs and pancakes. Good coffee. The staff was super helpful with directions and local shopping info. The fitness center was modern and well-equipped.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff
The location was perfect, with a Meijer store nearby for quick supplies and plenty of restaurant options. Our room was spacious and clean, especially Pam, provided really good customer service. Having our room cleaned every other day was a surprise that I wish we had been informed about at check-in.
